This song was written in one sitting over Brett's lunch. He was working in community centre in Highgate. It was inspired by mothers who would, according to Brett, "trundle in with their handicapped kids, and their mascara would be running because they'd spent the whole morning crying, and the only escape they had was to get a load of Valium down them."──在這裡看到的，不曉得是真是假。Brett以一段午餐的時間寫下這首歌，敘述殘疾兒童的母親所受的辛酸與苦悶，唯有服用鎮定劑時可獲得短暫的舒緩。
