還是一個藥品的意像。生活中有太都人對你有所要求，父母、長輩、師長甚至是法律，但真正能夠拒絕的有多少？很多人心中不認為自己優秀，但是我們的自尊又希望我們自己認為自己是美好的、優秀的。於是便陷入一個矛盾的狀態，有時覺得自己很好、很有自信；有時候卻掉入絕望的深淵，覺得自己一事無成，無法對身邊的人有所交代。但，為什麼我們需要向別人交代自己的生活呢？陷入一個循環問答的窘境了。生活很多時候無解，只看我們怎麼應對它，讓它變得有趣了。

因為很多問題沒有答案。

「你從來沒有想過，你不能沒有它，因為你很漂亮」有沒有一種人無時無刻都很有自信？有，我身邊很多，但是這樣的自信很多時候讓我覺得他們缺乏同理心。我不喜歡因無知而造就的自信。但是謙卑的自信，呵，這個詞彙組合看起來有些矛盾。所以是應該放縱自己任性嗎？

當手足無措的時候就把「原則」拿出來用吧！原則通常很中庸不走極端。
